Impressions about the new role

This is not the first time I have used an agent to help me find a job to hire a person with disabilities. I really wanted to find a job as soon as possible, so I used agents from other companies. I chose SearchCore because the representative’s background was impressive and that he worked for a long time helping people with disabilities in finding a job. 

While looking for a job, there were many open positions. Based on SearchCore advice, I applied to some positions. Moreover, SearchCore was very supportive and followed up before the interview and after the interview. I was motivated by the supportive emails I received the day before each interview, which included advice. 

In fact, as I looked at many companies, I realized that I was looking for a place where I could work with good human relations and long-term stability, so I decided to go with the first company that offered me a job.

The company I accepted the offer from was one I would never have chosen on my own.

It was not my first choice when I was offered the job.

However, after going to several interviews, I was impressed by the personalities of the employees and decided that I would definitely like to work for this company.

One of my hopes was to work in an English-speaking environment if possible, and the initial position at that company was what I was looking for.

 SearchCore was able to communicate my wishes to the company and I was offered a position in a department where I could interact with everyone in English. In fact, all departments at this company need people to be fluent in English and Japanese. Everyone at this company used English as main communication language and it was a very big plus in my choice of choosing a company that offers a good workplace and good interaction with various people of various nationalities in Japan as well as overseas. 

The fact is that there are many wishes and conditions when looking for a new job, but I believe that by visiting as many companies as possible and considering the advice of the counselors at SearchCore without narrowing my possibilities, I will be able to move in the right direction.
